The full project will run for 4 years, and will total more than 40 million dollars. We tore down the existing outdated and run down housing complex and replaced it with 300 modern, high efficiency apartments. The new buildings boast underground parking and a variety of floor plans and sizes. The property also includes a pool, community building, and green spaces.
