Twincraft Skincare, a Vermont based soap manufacturer, was in need of a large addition to house their expanding research and development division. After recently completing another successful project with Stewart Construction, they once again hired us to design/build their new facility. Partnering with Cleary Buckley, of Smith Buckley Architects, we brought their vision to reality. A streamlined approach to permit acquisition enabled a quick start to the project, and the work took place through the dead of winter. The 5,000 square foot addition contains the new reception area as well as a conference room, office space, and independent solid and liquid soap labs. The addition gives the company room to continue growing their research and development and keep their manufacturing in Vermont.
