The Richford LPOE (Land Port of Entry) is a beautiful 1930’s Federal building that houses the Border Patrol. In great need of an update, the project involved a complete gut of the structure and a full interior rebuild. New construction provided a fresh look and layout to the interior, safety and security updates throughout, and new efficient electrical and mechanical systems. The project also required new guard booths as well as modifications to update border traffic flow.
