UVM Women’s Locker Room

Burlington, VT
Truex Cullins, Architects
Budget: $450,000
Completed: September 2008

Stewart Construction renovated the University of Vermont’s Women’s Soccer and Lacrosse locker rooms into new, state of the art facilities, with custom detailing, according to donor specifications. The old shower area and locker rooms were demolished and remodeled with custom casework and wooden lockers. Details included nameplates and history plaques on each locker. The locker rooms also have state of the art audio/visual equipment, internet access, and large screen TVs. Another spectacular detail is the carpet in each locker room, manufactured in France with a custom UVM logo. In addition, the security status was updated in the locker room area to include electronic card readers. The UVM Women’s locker room renovations were completed September 2008.
