Keefe & Westner Architects
Budget: $2.6 Million
Completed: October 2015

This project was a beautiful restoration to an 1890’s farmhouse, and long running Christmas Tree farm.  The original house was lifted and moved from its crumbling foundation, and a new basement was excavated and poured.  Once the house was reset a large addition was added on, mimicking the style of the original design.  The cracking and damaged plaster was painstakingly repaired in order to maintain the original feel of home.  The entire interior of the house was updated with designer fixtures and finishes, and the floors were salvaged from 100 year old barn board.  The site work included a new well, driveway, 3 car garage, and over 400 feet of new stone walls, with rock reclaimed from around the site.
