Handy Buick GMC was a long established car dealership, operating in an outdated and undersized building.  SCI was hired as the design/build contractor to bring the dealership up to the new GMC standards and increase the capacity of their service department.  Large additions were added to 3 sides of the building, giving the owners a service drop-off drive thru, a new car delivery area, 7 new service bays, and increased office space.  The expansive new façade completed the makeover, adding impressive curb appeal to the new building.  The final package allows the client to continue to grow and compete in a demanding marketplace.
