Bristol, VT
Vermont Integrated Architecture
Budget: $3.6 Million
Completed: Spring 2017

Stewart Construction, in partnership with Vermont Integrated Architecture and a group of individuals and families determined to pursue a more sustainable way of living, has worked very hard to make the Bristol Village Cohousing project a reality.  This project involved renovating three existing historical residences into a large common house, a fourplex and a duplex.  In addition to renovating the existing structures, five new single family cottages and a triplex were also constructed.  We are very proud to have worked with the architect to design and construct this cohousing community based on high efficiency standards from Efficiency Vermont.
