Stewart Construction is currently under construction on the 3rd of 4 phases of Essex Junction’s new premiere multi-family housing complex.  The full project will run for 4 years, and will total more than 40 million dollars.  SCI is tearing down the existing outdated and run down housing complex and replacing it with 300 modern, high efficiency apartments.  The new buildings boast underground parking and a variety of floor plans and sizes.   The property also includes a pool, community building, and green spaces.
