Ammonoosuc Green was part of the redevelopment of Littleton, New Hampshire. After substandard buildings were demolished, Stewart Construction added three new buildings to the downtown landscape. Built to enhance Littleton’s downtown, two duplexes and a three story building house 17 apartments and street level office space.
Concrete, steel, brick and EIFS make up the structure and skin of the building. The apartments, designed with accessibility in mind, are joined by elevator to grade level access. Comfort was also a focus in the new apartments, leading to the installation of a laundry facility.
