Stewart Construction was hired by Middlebury College to restore and upgrade a 1920′s era house to accommodate for 6 student residences. Stewart Construction adhered to Middlebury College’s high standards for student housing by adding all new utilities, sprinkler system, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a new elevator. Stewart Construction worked with care on the outside of the building to retain the charm of the neighborhood. The project was completed in four months.
