Renovation
Our most recent project with Housing Vermont was an extensive interior and exterior renovation to 36 units of affordable housing in Vergennes. Upgrades included all new finishes, including Metroplank flooring, new kitchens, doors and windows. Site work included extensive modifications to the grade for comfort and handicap accessibility. Exterior changes included new porches, patios, stairs and sidewalk.
