Historical Renovation
Stewart Construction undertook renovations to three historic buildings in downtown Montpelier for Housing Vermont. This project included restoration of historical features, plumbing, heating, electrical upgrades and new finishes. Renovations and upgrades brought these beautiful buildings into code and historical compliance so that they could be used as affordable housing rental units.
