Stewart Construction Receives Historic Preservation Awards

mf0

Stewart Construction received two awards commending their exceptional effort on the historic restoration of the 1879 Mary Fletcher Building at FAHC. The first award, given by the Chittenden County Historic Preservation Society for excellence in restoring a public building or institution, also honors Stewart Construction’s partners in the restoration, FAHC, Freeman French Freeman and Pritchett Associates. A ceremony honoring the award winners was held at the Emile A. Gruppe art gallery in Jericho. The second award honoring Stewart Construction and Freeman French Freeman was presented in December of 2007 by AIA VT for excellence in architecture.
